Pam is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of expertise spanning consulting, project management, and operations. She began her career at KPMG, building a solid foundation in financial reporting before transitioning into the finance industry and later pivoting to operations, where she cultivated an appreciation for business efficiency. Her career progressed further in consulting, where she led and contributed to high-impact projects, including software development and implementation, business process reengineering, and IT sourcing transactions. Known for her self-determination, resiliency, and commitment, Pam consistently delivers value across diverse initiatives.
Pam holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the University of Southern California. In addition to her professional career, she is dedicated to educating the next generation of business leaders, teaching Accounting at Austin Community College on weekends.
Charles Seafous
Director - Operations
Charles Seafous is the Operations Director at Searis Consulting, a cloud consulting firm specializing in NetSuite solutions for small to mid-sized companies. After retiring from a distinguished career as Director of Training for Maximus, Inc in November 2025, Charles joined Searis in January 2026 to lead operational strategy and execution during a period of rapid growth and transformation. In his role, Charles is responsible for streamlining processes, managing resources, and driving performance across all functions of the organization. He collaborates closely with company leadership to align operations with business goals, optimize systems, and
foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture. Charles’s strategic leadership ensures that Searis Consulting delivers accurate data and scalable solutions, helping clients simplify complexity and make smarter business decisions.
Charles brings over 17 years of experience in operations and training leadership, with a proven track record in process optimization and team management. He is adept at integrating technology and systems—including NetSuite and related platforms—to enhance operational efficiency. His analytical skills, business acumen, and professional development experience enable him to develop and grow effective team members and leaders within the company
